Get Captain Doug to take you out to get some Prawns


1/2 lb shelled fresh prawns (you may substitute Ling Cod)

juice of 1/2 lemon and 2 limes

1 shallot chopped fine

1 garlic clove chopped fine

1 small jalapeño chopped fine

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp olive oil



Chop prawns  coarsely

add all ingredients

Give it a good stir

place in fridge covered 

non metallic bowl (stainless ok)

for about two hours

Serve with tortilla chips
